Authenticity & Guarantee

Integrity and transparency is the forefront of our value. All watches listed has beeen rigorously researched and authenticated, therefore we provide a lifetime authenticity guarantee. A full refund will be issued only if a watch is definitively proven non-authentic by the brand's official service center in Indonesia. You must return the watch in its original sold condition, with the official written report from that service center. Assessments from any other dealers or watchmakers are not accepted as proof for a non-authenticity claim.

Our Sales Process

Before you buy, we will clearly present all known information on the watch’s condition, including any service parts, imperfections, and provenance. Your payment for the watch is your legally binding acceptance of its fully disclosed condition. Any disclosed characteristics are accepted by you as the watch's history and are not grounds for any future claim, return, or dispute.

Product Depiction & Photography

We use high-resolution photography to accurately represent our watches. However, due to variations in screen settings, browser technologies, and lighting, the color and details may appear slightly different on your device. Furthermore, some items may be photographed at close range to show detail, making them appear larger than their actual size. We are not responsible for these technological discrepancies, and they are not considered a misrepresentation of the product. You can refer to the brand's official product page for a more accurate rendering of the product's dimension and characteristics.

Website Listings & Order Confirmation

Nothing on our website constitutes a binding offer. We reserve the right at any time to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion. This applies even after you receive an order confirmation or after your payment has been made. In the event an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be promptly issued to your account.

All prices and terms discussed via chat or phone are preliminary and non-binding. The price, terms, and condition of a sale are only considered final and official once we have issued a formal, time-stamped invoice for that specific transaction. Prices are subject to change without prior notice until an official invoice is generated.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel your order if we have not received payment within two (2) business days.

Shipping & Insurance

For the security of all transactions, a watch will only be shipped or handed over after the full payment has been confirmed as cleared funds in our bank account. Screenshots, transfer slips, or other proofs of payment are not sufficient to release an item. This is a strict, non-negotiable policy to prevent fraud. There will be no exceptions.

We package all watches securely, and you will receive a tracking number once your watch has been dispatched.For your protection, you must record a continuous, one-take unboxing video. The video must show the sealed package, the entire opening process, and the watch's condition immediately upon removal. Any claim for transit damage must be reported to us with this video within three (3) hours of the courier's delivery time. Without this video, no damage claim can be processed, and the watch is considered received in perfect condition.

Reserving a Watch

To reserve a watch, we require a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total purchase price. This deposit secures the watch for you for a maximum of seven (7) calendar days. If the remaining balance is not paid in full within this period, or for any reasons you don't want to continue with the purchase, the reservation is automatically cancelled, and the 10% deposit is forfeited entirely.

Payment Methods

All payments must be made via Bank Transfer. Our one and only official bank account number and beneficiary name will be stated exclusively on the formal invoice we send you for your purchase.

WARNING: Please be extremely vigilant against fraud. We will never ask you to pay into any other account, nor will we communicate our bank details via social media comments or personal chat messages outside our official communication channels.

Payments made to any account number other than the one specified on your official invoice are not our responsibility. You are solely responsible for verifying the payment details, and we hold no liability for any losses incurred from payments made to an incorrect or fraudulent account. If you receive suspicious payment instructions, contact us immediately through our official channels.

Warranty & Servicing

If you experience a mechanical issue with the movement within the 3-month warranty period, you must return the watch to us for inspection. Our watchmaker will perform a thorough assessment to determine the cause of the malfunction.

The determination of whether the issue is an inherent mechanical defect covered by the warranty, or damage resulting from human error/misuse (as detailed in the "What is not covered" section), is at the sole and final discretion of our company and our technical expert. This technical assessment is non-negotiable.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Any damage to the movement caused by misuse, such as improper winding, dropping the watch, or exposure to magnetic fields.
  • Water damage of any kind, especially if caused by failure to properly secure a screw-down crown.
  • Damage from subjecting the watch to activities for which it was not designed (e.g., wearing a dress watch for high-impact sports).
  • Normal wear and tear to the case, bracelet, crystal, bezel, or crown.
  • Any servicing, modifications, or opening of the watch case by anyone other than our authorized watchmaker during the warranty period.

    • The warranty is immediately void if the watch case is opened by anyone other than our authorized watchmaker.

    We also offer professional watch servicing for timepieces in your collection. Our services range from routine maintenance and battery changes to complete movement overhauls. Please contact our service department for a consultation.

    Returns & Exchanges

    To ensure the integrity of our timepieces and given our commitment to full pre-sale disclosure, all sales are final and non-negotiable. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

    The only exception is a proven case of non-authenticity as defined by our strict guarantee. Minor cosmetic details consistent with the age and nature of a pre-owned watch, or any specific characteristics disclosed to you before purchase, are not grounds for a return or dispute

    Website Content & Image Use

    All content on our website, including all photographs, text, and graphics, is our exclusive intellectual property. This content is provided for your personal, non-commercial viewing purpose only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use our content for any commercial purpose, to compete with us, or for any fraudulent activity without our express written permission.

    Selling Your Watch

    We are always interested in purchasing or consigning your watch on a case-by-case basis. By proposing a direct sale or consignment, you are required to sign a statement confirming you are the legal owner and that the watch is authentic.

    Every watch is subject to our thorough, non-negotiable inspection. The final trade-in value is only confirmed after our authentication process is complete. If a watch you traded in is later found to be non-authentic, stolen, or has undisclosed critical issues, you will be held financially liable for its full agreed-upon value, and we reserve the right to take legal action.
