G-Shock | 1st G-Shock Frog-Man | DW-6300 | Rp 3.800.000 | | est. 1995 | Watch Only | 50x53mm | Dive Watch | Quartz Chronograph

Released in 1993, the DW-6300 established the "Frogman" name and became Casio's first ISO 6425-certified 200m dive watch. This reference inaugurated the professional-specification "Master of G" series, setting a new standard for G-Shock's technical capabilities.

Its distinct asymmetric stainless steel case houses the 1084 module, which features dedicated dive time and log functions. The engraved screw-down case back introduced the iconic diving frog emblem, which was not present on the bezel.

G-Shock, a division of Casio, effectively created the "tough watch" category upon its debut in 1983. The brand was born from engineer Kikuo Ibe's "Triple 10" concept: a watch capable of surviving a 10-meter fall, with 10-bar (100m) water resistance, and a 10-year battery life. This was achieved through a revolutionary hollow case structure where the timekeeping module "floats" within a protective urethane bezel, isolating it from external shock.

While initially a purely utilitarian instrument, G-Shock's absolute durability made it a foundational tool for military and sports use. It has since evolved into a global cultural phenomenon, embraced by streetwear, fashion, and art, with its myriad collaborations and iterations making it a distinct and accessible collecting category.
