This modern collection reinterprets that founding concept in a more simplified form, characterized by a thinner case profile and a cleaner dial aesthetic than its Big Bang counterpart. Reference 511.NX.1171.LR combined a lightweight, satin-finished Grade 5 titanium case with a stark matte black dial for maximum versatility. It is powered by the HUB1112 automatic calibre, a reliable movement based on a Sellita caliber.

Founded by Carlo Crocco in 1980, Hublot launched with a disruptive concept that would become its foundational philosophy: "The Art of Fusion." The brand's inaugural timepiece defied all convention by pairing a precious gold case with an industrial natural rubber strap—a combination never before seen in Swiss watchmaking. This act established a forward-thinking identity, prioritizing material innovation and the synthesis of exotic elements.

The brand experienced significant growh with the arrival of Jean-Claude Biver as CEO in 2004 and the subsequent launch of the Big Bang chronograph in 2005. This model, with its multi-component "sandwich" case construction, became the ultimate canvas for the "Art of Fusion" and the cornerstone of the contemporary catalogue. Under this vision, the manufacture has invested heavily in developing in-house movements like the UNICO chronograph and pioneering materials such as scratch-proof Magic Gold.
